When it comes to upgrading our homes, there always seems to be a never-ending list.

From needing new Patio Furniture (especially in Arizona) to new Kitchen Cabinets. Here are five home improvement projects that won’t break the bank.

* Paint The Front Door– While a new door could set you back $1000 a paint job along with new lighting and a flower pot could be done in a fraction of that.

* Paint Interior Walls– There is nothing better than freshly painted walls even just a fresh coat of paint to your baseboards will do the trick.

*Paint Patio Furniture– Prime and Paint your outdoor furniture and no one will know the difference, this goes for old dressers or coffee tables as well.

* Improve  Curb Appeal– Weather or not you plan to sell or not first appearance is key, planting perennials, trimming trees , pulling weeds will hardly cost a dime.

*Update Lighting– Lighting will do what jewelry does an outfit, updating lamp shades could be a in expensive way to update lighting. Try a coat of paint on your lamp shades you will be amazed at the difference.

*Install New Toilets– If your toilets are older then 1995 you can save in your  water  bill if you replace them and give your bathroom a quick clean update.
